Privacy
What this site collects, what the outside services it uses can see, and what they store in your browser.
Last checked October 25, 2026, in fresh Chromium and WebKit browsers (the engines behind Chrome and Safari) with all storage cleared, by loading every page, scrolling it fully, and playing each video.
The short version. This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking pixels. Outside services see your visit in three places: Cloudflare on every page, YouTube on The System only if you press play, and hCaptcha on the contact page, plus Web3Forms if you send the form.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver a page and block abusive traffic, Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser and device details, the page you asked for, and the page that linked you here. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers how it handles that.
Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every page. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. It loads one script from static.cloudflareinsights.com. What we see is aggregate: page views, referring sites, countries, browsers, device types, and how fast pages load. We do not see who you are.
Video embeds (The System only). The System has two YouTube videos. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play: each video shows a still frame served from this site. When you press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and the video streams from Google's servers. The player then writes three entries to your browser's local storage under youtube-nocookie.com: ytidb::LAST_RESULT_ENTRY_KEY, yt-icons-last-purged, and yt-player-caption-persistence. In Chrome-based browsers it also creates an IndexedDB database named YtIdbMeta. It sets no cookies. Google's privacy policy covers this data.
No other page has embeds. The links to Instagram, Threads, and X elsewhere on the site are ordinary links, not embeds.
The contact form (Contact only). The contact page loads hCaptcha, a spam check, as soon as it opens, before you type anything. Your browser connects to js.hcaptcha.com, api.hcaptcha.com, newassets.hcaptcha.com, and hCaptcha's worker servers. hCaptcha sets one cookie on its own domain, hcaptcha.com: __cf_bm. It is HttpOnly and Secure and expires after 30 minutes. Safari, which blocks third-party cookies by default, did not store it in our check. Nothing is written to your browser's storage. What hCaptcha collects to tell people from bots is set out in its privacy policy.
When you send the form, your name, email, topic, and message go straight from your browser to Web3Forms, which emails them to us. Web3Forms also keeps a copy of each message for 7 days, then deletes it. This site itself stores nothing you type. The form is not a secure or confidential channel. You can write to [email protected] instead. That skips hCaptcha and Web3Forms; Cloudflare forwards the email to us. Email isn't a confidential channel either.
What we don't do. No advertising, no tracking pixels, and no social media widgets. We don't sell visitor data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services named on this page.
